Ordering

Find what you want to buy
Our catalogue is broken down into categories to reduce the time it takes to find the product you are seeking.On each product page you will find drop down boxes showing, construction type(where there are alternatives), sizes and the surcharge on the particular size over and above the basic price shown at the bottom of each page.If you wish to see a larger image of the product then click on the image and a separate window will open.When you have made your choice using all the option boxes click on the cart, you will be taken to your own personal shopping cart page, here you can input the number of each product you wish to purchase, you will also see the amount of carriage you will have to pay for your order to be delivered.

If you are are returning customer, enter your email address and passcode and your previous address details will come up. OTHERWISE, Click on 'Click Here to Register' and carefully go through the 4 checkout stages, unsuring that you enter details in all boxes marked with a *. Orders are only accepted on the basis that time is not of the essence.




Payment
All internet payments are made through PAYPAL, if you have not used paypal before follow the onscreen instructions when you are put through to the Paypal site.
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and cheques or postal orders denominated in pounds sterling as payment for orders placed over the telephone. Your order will be processed once we have received payment or cheque clears, and will remain open for a limited time. Please note that if we do not receive payment within 28 days your order will be cancelled.

Returns and other conditions

Cancellation of Order
The period of notice of cancellation we require is the same as the order time we quote on our original acknowledgement of order Paul Marshall(Door Sales) reserves the right to send part orders.



Distance Selling Regulations 2000
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. You are entitled to a seven day 'cooling off' period from the date after you receive your goods. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification, including various non-standard finishes or colours chosen. To check if the item you are ordering is returnable please call our office on 01743 442304 before you place an order. To cancel, you must email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. We cannot arrange returns by telephone. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them and the item(s) must remain in their display wrapping if they are to be returned to e doors direct. In which case you as the customer will be expected to pay for the transport of goods back to e doors direct and ensure that all returns are securely and sufficiently packaged for transport.. Once the goods have arrived back to e doors direct warehouse we can issue a full refund by cheque, providing the goods are in the same condition in which they were sent. PLEASE NOTE: OUR PRICES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND WE UPDATE THIS WEBSITE ON A DAILY BASIS.

Our Refunds Policy (Distance selling only)
This page describes how we calculate refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. However, once an order has been processed we charge a 25% handling fee on cancellation of any order or any special order, and also require the cancellation notice to be sent to us in writing by post or email. A 'special order' is any order which has been personalised to your specifaction by altering a colour or measurement on your instruction, or a non-stock item that has been ordered by us from our suppliers on your behalf. These usually take approximately four weeks to arrive with us from date of order. The handling fee does not apply to the carriage charge. Please call 01743 442304 to check with us if unsure. If you wish to return goods to us after the seven day period has expired since the date of your delivery we will also charge a 25% restocking fee.All PVC door orders and pre-Painted/Varnished door orders are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.



Damaged goods
When goods are delivered, please check carefully on arrival that the goods and/or packaging are in good condition. If the goods and packaging are in good condition, please sign 'received in good condition ' accordingly. If however, there are any signs of damage, pleae CLEARLY mark the delivery note accordingly. If this is not done correctly, it can effect the claim with our carriers. If your goods have unfortunately been damaged in transit, we require that you notify us in writing and send us a picture or reasonable evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the goods. At this stage we reserve the right to offer a part refund for the damage or to replace the damaged item with a good one or to issue a refund for the item.




Privacy Policy

What is our Privacy Policy
            Paul Marshall(Door Sales) is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name address phone number email address credit/debit card details We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.We do not store credit card details.You have 14 days to cancel your order we will cover all costs.

Door Fitting

All goods remain the property of Paul Marshall (Door Sales) until they have been paid for in full and we reserve the right to take back any goods not paid for

Pre Finished doors

When fitting doors we nearly always have to plane off the factory finished edge,we will paint or varnish these  but it is impossible to achieve a factory finish to the edge of the doors.

Please note.

Natural variation in the colour or texture of wood are not to be considered as defects.

Please note as from 25th January 2015 there will be no warrantee on white moulded doors fitted for £395.
